consulting dedicated to strengthening people and organizations. A
nonprofit organization, created by Central Virginia employers, for
Central Virginia employers and their employees in the global
marketplace.
Our full service line includes:

Employee Assistance of Central Virginia (EACV) provides worksite-based programs for
identifying and resolving employee productivity problems associated with
family, marital,
psychological, substance abuse, financial, legal and other personal concerns. Member
employees and their immediate families are covered. |

Our All Points EAP division provides employee assistance services nationally to cover
the out-of-area employees of our Central Virginia members.

PeopleWorks expands on EAP by providing leadership and employee performance
development services: training, coaching, performance assessment and consulting. |
