Jason McDaniel, LCSW, CEAP, MBA

Jason, Executive Director since 2005, has been a consultant with EACV since 1998. Jason received his Master of Business Administration degree from Lynchburg College, his Master of Social Work degree from the University of Georgia, and his undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia. He is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP).
Bob Conlon, LCSW, CEAP

Bob is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Employee Assistance Professional, a Qualified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) under the current DOT regulations, and a Substance Abuse Expert (SAE) under NRC regulations. He earned his Masters in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University and received his licensure in 1995. Bob joined EACV in 1997 as an EAP consultant and became the Operations Manager and Clinical Coordinator in 2002.
Susie A. Owen, LCSW, CEAP
Susie is the Training Program Manager for EACVand our training division, PeopleWorks. Susie has her Masters in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University – with specializations in health and substance abuse. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Employee Assistance Professional with 18 years experience in the Employee Assistance field. She has conducted trainings nationally, and frequently presents on a wide range of behavioral topics including: risk management issues, organizational change, diversity, stress management and supervisory coaching skills.
Tamara Lemon, LPC, CEAP
Tamara, our marketing coordinator, graduated from Radford University with a Bachelors degree in Social Work and a Masters in Education from Lynchburg College in Counseling. She worked over 15 years as a substance abuse counselor prior to joining the EACV staff in 2001. She is also a Certified Employee Assistance Professional, a Qualified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) under the current DOT regulations, and a Substance Abuse Expert (SAE) under NRC regulations.
Katina Fisher, LPC, NCC, CEAP
Katina received her Masters of Science Degree from Radford University in Counseling and Human Development, her Bachelor of Science Degree from Radford University in Psychology and minored in Sociology. Katina has her National Certification in Counseling (NCC), is a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP), and a Qualified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) under current DOT regulations. She has been with EACV since 1999. In addition to being an EAP consultant, Katina conducts trainings and provides professional development coaching through our PeopleWorks division.
Mary Ann Sigler, M.Ed.
Mary Ann received her undergraduate degree from East Carolina University and her Masters in Education from Lynchburg College in Counseling. She has worked as a mental health consultant for 6 years. In addition, her past experience includes work in child abuse prevention and healthy parenting. She joined EACV as a consultant in 2005.
Barbara Graves, M.Ed.
Barbara received her BA from Virginia Tech in Spanish and English and a Masters in Education from Lynchburg College in Agency Counseling. She has been a counselor in a chemical and substance abuse treatment setting part-time for the past 12 years. Having 32 years teaching experience in Spanish, her language skills are invaluable in serving our Spanish speaking clients.
Pam K. Shreve, M.Ed.
Pam is our newest consultant and we welcomed her to our staff in June of 2007. She has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and a Masters in Health Care Administration. She previously worked as a hospital administrator for over 10 years. She then received her M.Ed. in Counseling from
Lynchburg
College. Prior to coming to EACV, she worked as a middle school guidance director. Her professional experience includes business administration including employee selection, job performance, grievance, and conflict resolution, individual, group and family counseling as well as academic advising. She has worked with children, adolescents and adults.
