The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a program of support and assistance, sponsored by and paid in full by your employer, confidential in all manner, and designed to help you and your family meet the challenges of modern life.  In an increasingly complex and busy world, employees often meet head on with real life problems in regard to the following: work-life balance struggles, emotional burdens (anxiety, depression, grief), family and marital difficulties, financial troubles, and coworker conflicts.  The EAP is free to you and your family, confidential in all personal matters, and easy to access. Most of our clients are seen for in-person services at one of our 4 office locations (Lynchburg, Bedford, Appomattox, and Farmville); however, telephone assistance is also available.
