Small business Chamber of Commerce members with 1-50 employees now have access to Employee Assistance of Central Virginia’s EAP benefit at significantly reduced savings! Employers pay only $18.75 per employee, annually. All services are at no cost to the employee.

An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a benefit that serves two functions. One is to provide employees and their immediate family members with confidential, professional help for life and work concerns. The second function is for businesses, as an EAP provides knowledge and support for managing job performance issues in the workplace. One fee covers it all.

• Assessment & Problem Resolution Planning for employees and immediate family members
• Supervisor / Employer referrals for workplace performance issues
• Crisis Intervention and Critical Incident Debriefing
• Short term Counseling
• Consultations regarding workplace behavioral problems
• Supervisor / Management Training and Employee Awareness Sessions held regionally
