Leadership Institutes, offered by our training division, PeopleWorks, are open to all organizations in the Central Virginia area regardless of membership with EACV.  These institutes are a cost effective way for businesses to develop their supervisors and managers into high performing leaders by sharing the expense of training with other companies.  Leadership Institutes are three month long programs that involve participants in a three hour training course twice a month in a central location.  Since the cost is shared across all companies participating, the cost reduces as the number of participants increases.  Generally the average cost of the institute per participant is around $300.  Again, the more participants we have enrolled, the more cost effective it is for everyone. 

Each workshop is held from 9am to 12pm and covers one topic.   There are six topics covered which include:

NEXT LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE FOR SUPERVISORS

We are currently calling for all those who are interested in HOSTING or ENROLLING the next Leadership Institute in the Central Virginia area to contact Susie Owen via email.  We are looking for enough interest to start one in Autumn 2010.  HOSTING an Institute includes the free enrollment of one participant.  Each workshop will be held from 9am - 12pm twice a month for 3 months.
